Free

You may use Exorf free of charge, with every feature, for up to 1,000 items from two sources, for as long as you like. A source is a folder, a disk or an iPhone you add.

Licenses

A license removes those limits. Each license is a key tied to the plan you bought:

• Standard ($12, paid once) activates Exorf on one Mac at a time and includes the updates we release within two years of your purchase. Versions released in that time keep working afterwards.
• Plus ($29, paid once) activates Exorf on up to three Macs at a time and includes every future update of Exorf for macOS.

You may move a license between your own Macs by deactivating it on one before activating it on another. A license is for you or your household; please don’t share or publish your key. We may revoke a key that has been published, refunded or charged back.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; depending on where you live, taxes may be added at checkout. Your license key is shown after payment and sent to the email address you give.

Refunds and problems

Exorf has a free version so you can try it before you buy. If something goes wrong with your purchase, such as a double charge or a license that won’t activate, write to support@exorf.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Your rights under consumer law where you live are not affected.

Updates

Exorf checks for updates and installs them when you ask, or automatically if you allow it in Preferences › General. Updates are signed; Exorf installs only updates signed by us.

What you may not do

Don’t sell, rent or redistribute Exorf or license keys, and don’t work around the license check or the Free limits.

Your files

Exorf reads your files and never moves, copies or edits the originals. Even so, keep backups of anything that matters to you; no software can promise to protect data against every failure.

No warranty

Exorf is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what these terms state, and our total liability for any claim about Exorf is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and what you bought stays covered by the terms you bought under. Questions: support@exorf.com.
